We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to independently own and scale
LeCallas Amazon business across North America (USA) and Europe (UK & EU).
This role is strictly Amazon-first export-oriented and performance-driven.
The candidate will be responsible for revenue growth advertising efficiency listing excellence and
marketplace compliance across international Amazon accounts.
This is not a generic e-commerce role and not a DTC or social-first role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Marketplace Ownership
Own end-to-end Amazon operations for:
(USA)
Amazon EU marketplaces (DE FR IT ES etc.)
Drive sustained revenue growth across all active marketplaces and meet targets.
Ensure strict compliance with Amazon policies category guidelines and regional regulations.
Lead the Listing Team and ensure SEO optimized listings.
Monitor: Competitiveness Buy Box health Suppressed listings account health policy warnings
2. Amazon Advertising & Performance Marketing
Strategize Plan execute and optimize Amazon Ads:
Sponsored Products
Sponsored Brands
Sponsored Display
Own ACoS TACoS ROAS CAC targets by marketplace.
Keyword research search term mining and bid optimization.
Scale ads profitably while maintaining margin discipline and achieve TARGETS.
Work closely with agencies (if applicable) for:
Advanced campaign structuring
Scaling strategies
Reporting and audits
3. International Growth & Export Focus
Understand differences in:
Consumer behaviour (USA vs UK vs EU)
Conversion drivers
Pricing sensitivity
Manage EU-specific complexities:
VAT-linked inventory flows (Pan-EU FBA storage)
Marketplace-wise compliance needs
Coordinate with internal teams on:
Export documentation (where required)
Stock planning for international FBA
Ensure smooth launches of new SKUs across regions.
Analytics Reporting & Decision-Making
Track and analyze key KPIs:
Revenue units sold
ACoS / TACoS
Conversion rate
CTR
Keyword rankings
Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with:
Clear insights
Action points
Scaling / de-scaling recommendations
Use data to:
Identify hero SKUs
Control ad wastage
Improve listing conversion
5. Cross-Functional & Agency Coordination
Work closely with:
Graphics team (listing images A content)
Brand Manager
Supply chain / operations (stock planning)
Manage and review work of:
Amazon Ads agencies
SEO / listing optimisation partners (if applicable)
Ensure timelines quality and ROI accountability.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (international accounts)
Deep expertise in Amazon Ads & marketplace performance marketing
Clear understanding of ACoS vs profitability trade-offs
Experience managing large SKU catalogs
Strong analytical mindset (Excel / dashboards / reports)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable with export / international business complexity
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing USA / EU / UK Amazon marketplaces
Experience with export-oriented brands or manufacturers
Background in jewellery / lifestyle / fashion categories is a plus
Understanding of VAT / Pan-EU inventory is an advantage
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business or related field
