Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of fintech and enterprise-grade technology solutions. The role requires strong project governance stakeholder management and architectural understanding to ensure scalable secure and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complete project lifecycle (initiation to closure)

* Translate business requirements into technical execution plans

* Manage scope timelines budgets risks KPIs & SLAs

* Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies

* Coordinate with development QA DevOps architecture & product teams

* Manage internal & external stakeholder communication

* Ensure compliance and security standards (fintech domain)

Required Experience & Technical Expertise

* 5 years of experience in IT/Software Project Management

* Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies

* Experience delivering web cloud or fintech applications

* Strong understanding of microservices architecture & distributed systems

* Experience designing scalable high-availability applications

* Knowledge of RESTful APIs event-driven systems API versioning & OAuth2/JWT

* Familiarity with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or

* Understanding of concurrency async processing caching (Redis/ElasticCache) load balancing & performance optimization

* Knowledge of CAP theorem distributed transactions & cloud system design principles

* Strong SQL & NoSQL expertise (schema design indexing replication partitioning)

* Experience in enterprise integrations & data migration planning

* Experience with project management tools (JIRA MS Project)

AI & Emerging Technologies (Preferred)

* Exposure to AI/ML integrations

* Understanding of RAG architectures & LLM-based applications
