Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in Sales & Marketing. The candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires frequent travel across India based on project requirements and active participation in business expansion initiatives.

Pan-India travel required as per project needs
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential leads and new business opportunities in the market
Maintain strong relationships with top management of existing clients and associate companies
Prepare present and negotiate persuasive proposals presentations and sales pitches
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Assist in client presentations and proposal development
Attend and actively participate in networking events and business forums
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new business generation
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities sales pipeline and key performance metrics
Provide market insights trends and strategic recommendations to senior management based on sales performance
Required Qualifications & Skills
Preferably from an Engineering background or Business Development / Sales background
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent presentation skills with a clear understanding of professional business etiquette
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint MIS and Data Analytics
Excellent command over English (both spoken and written)
English-medium educational background is mandatory
