As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru-based team. As Senior Talent Partner you will play a critical role in building the talent density that fuels our companys growth. You will own non-technology team hiring across our growing India-based innovation hub while strengthening the systems documentation and operational discipline that enable scalable global recruiting. Over time you will partner cross-regionally to support global hiring initiatives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and our Managing Director India bringing structure clarity and accountability to every search. Behind the scenes you will ensure our hiring bar remains high and our processes disciplined efficient and equitable. Externally you will represent Konovo with professionalism and warmth shaping candidate experience at every stage. Your work will be critical to our success.
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Own full-cycle hiring across non-technology functions that strengthen our India innovation hub and directly support business growth
- Increase hiring efficiency by reducing time-to-fill and improving candidate conversion
- Build operational rigour in Greenhouse by continuously optimising workflows automations reporting and documentation to improve visibility and accountability
- Operate with urgency and ownership in a lean environment balancing multiple priorities without waiting for direction
- Proactively leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual work improve candidate evaluation quality and increase recruiting throughput
- Equip hiring managers to make stronger decisions by introducing structured interviewing clearer evaluation criteria and data-backed market insights
- Build repeatable hiring playbooks that enable future scale beyond India
- Partner directly with VP Talent Managing Director India and executive leaders to translate business priorities into disciplined hiring plans
- Elevate candidate experience in a way that improves offer acceptance rates and long-term retention
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements that increase speed without lowering the hiring bar
- Strengthen global recruiting consistency by partnering cross-regionally to standardise tools documentation and quality standards
- Seek and incorporate feedback quickly while confidently holding a high hiring bar
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Konovos talent values that were smart nice and get things done
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS or technology-led environment
- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Proven experience configuring and managing ATS workflows ideally Greenhouse including job setup structured interview kits automation reporting and workflow optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into recruiting workflows to drive measurable gains in efficiency or quality
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build documentation create structure and drive process discipline
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions with data and market insights
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple geographies is a plus
- Highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable managing 5 concurrent searches
- Clear concise communicator with sound judgement and high integrity
- High EQ with the confidence to challenge when needed and the humility to adapt quickly when coached
- Comfort operating in ambiguity asking sharp questions early and adapting quickly as priorities evolve
