Job Role- Senior Coordinating Architect Location- Kolkata ( BBD Bag) Summary: The Senior Coordinating Architect plays a pivotal role in driving design integration and execution across residential commercial and retail projects from concept to delivery. As a developer-side leader this position ensures seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary consultantsarchitectural structural MEP landscape and interiorwhile maintaining strict adherence to timelines regulatory standards and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of design workflows a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering execution-ready documentation. This role is critical in minimizing design conflicts accelerating project delivery and enabling smooth handover to construction teams.
