Italian Speaking Technical Support Specialist
Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

We are looking for a professional Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our international IT support this role you will provide high-level assistance for complex software and hardware solutions acting as the technical bridge for our Italian-market clients. Responsibilities
- System Diagnostics: Provide comprehensive technical support for Italian-speaking users troubleshooting operating systems software installations and network connectivity issues.
- Problem Analysis: Identify research and resolve complex technical problems using internal diagnostic tools and database resources.
- Tiered Support: Handle initial escalations and coordinate with senior engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime for enterprise and consumer clients.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical logs and contribute to the expansion of our Italian-language knowledge base and FAQ resources.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Proven experience in technical support IT helpdesk or a similar analytical role.
- Strong familiarity with modern OS environments (Windows/macOS) networking protocols and hardware architecture.
