Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide effective first- and second-level technical support to Czech-speaking customers regarding hardware software and connectivity issues.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze technical logs and use diagnostic tools to resolve complex system errors and configuration problems.
- Escalation Management: Coordinate with senior engineering teams to resolve high-priority technical roadblocks while keeping the customer informed.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assist in the development of technical documentation and FAQs to improve self-service options for the Czech market.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Czech and professional fluency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- Proven experience in technical support IT helpdesk or a related field.
- A professional methodical and calm approach to solving technical challenges.
