CLO Virtual Fashion is the creator of CLO and Marvelous Designer the top 3D garment design programs used in fashion film and game development.

With over two decades of research and development in accurate garment simulation CLO Virtual Fashions mission is to empower users at every step of the garment journey from concept to design manufacturing to marketing and fitting to styling.

In addition to 3D garment design software CLO Virtual Fashions products include CLO-SET (a digital asset management and collaboration platform) CONNECT (a digital fashion hub and marketplace) and consumer-facing solutions such as e-commerce virtual fittings.

Founded in 2009 CLOs interconnected and ever-growing product ecosystem is built to power the future of everything related to garments.

CLO Virtual Fashion currently has 14 offices located in 12 countries across North America Asia Europe and South America and continues to expand to serve users around the globe.

Position Overview
CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion and adoption of CLOs 3D and digital ecosystem across the fashion and apparel industry in Indonesia.

This role focuses on growing CLOs presence across fashion brands vendors and sourcing offices through strategic outbound sales proactive networking and ecosystem-driven engagement.

Key responsibilities include presenting CLOs vision and solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding and driving long-term adoption beyond initial license sales.

The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the 3D Design and Implementation team to implement 3D software product management platforms and connected services ensuring structured onboarding and value realization.

The role also supports regional market visibility through industry events strategic partnerships and collaboration with global CLO offices to strengthen supply chain-wide adoption.

Responsibilities

    • Drive outbound sales activities and proactive networking to expand CLOs presence across fashion brands vendors and sourcing offices in Indonesia
    • Identify and develop high potential accounts and strategic partnerships
    • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and conversion to contract negotiation and onboarding
    • Engage with executive and C-level stakeholders to present CLOs ecosystem vision and solutions
    • Drive adoption beyond license sales ensuring workflow usage and value realization
    • Act as the local bridge between brands and vendors to support ecosystem adoption
    • Partner with 3D Design and Implementation teams to strategize and implement 3D software product management platforms and connected services within CLOs ecosystem
    • Own ongoing client management through regular meetings calls and strategic account engagement
    • Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs to support business expansion
    • Increase CLOs brand visibility through industry events seminars and conferences in collaboration with global offices

Requirements

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in the apparel fashion supply chain or technology/startup industry
    • Bachelors degree in Fashion Marketing Business or related field preferred
    • Deep understanding of apparel ecosystem operations including brands vendors and sourcing offices
    • Proven ability of driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales initiatives
    • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion
    • Strong industry network and ability to engage C-level and senior management
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Tech savvy with experience or strong interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies
    • Familiarity with 3D PLM or other ERP platforms is a plus
    • Fluent in Indonesian and English
    • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and regionally
