Job Summary
- BE Mechanical 12-15 year with Experience / exposure order engineering activities / exposure to digitization automation and cost saving activities
- Derive the process improvement projects by studying existing process.
- Present the improvement projects in structured way with benefits & target line.
- Complete the improvement projects on time & do the evaluation after completion for presenting benefits.
- Derive the digitisation projects to reduce the lead time & improvement.
- Complete the digitisation project on time.
- Derive the cost saving projects looking at the current MOC Pipe routing accessories etc.
- Complete the cost saving project with clear application & benefit.
- Derive the standardisation project based on the existing used BOM
- Complete the standardisation project in consultation with TOP lead engineers.
- Support other departments requiring data related to Order Engineering department for Digitization & Automation projects.
- Knowledge of product & accessories.
- Resource mobilisation
- Conflict management
- Target orientation
- Exposure to standards like API ASME codes DIN ASTM etc
- Exposure to Excel Word Power Point Auto CAD applications
- Excellent communication skill
- Team Work
