The Graduate Trainee will support implementation configuration and automation of
SaaS-based enterprise applications including CRM and ERP systems. The role involves
workflow design system configuration and business process automation in client
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementation and configuration of SaaS platforms (Zoho Salesforce
Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Translate business requirements into system workflows and configurations
Support workflow automation and process optimization
Configure application modules based on technical specifications
Assist in testing validation and deployment of solutions
Collaborate with technical and functional teams
Maintain technical documentation and system records
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer
Engineering or related technical discipline only. Strong analytical and structured thinking
Ability to understand systems and business workflows
Attention to detail and process orientation
Good communication skills (technical articulation)
Ability to work in a structured enterprise environment Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts
Understanding of APIs and system workflows (preferred)
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of database management and data handling Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients Experience in workflow automation and business process mapping Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting Experience handling enterprise-level implementations Certification in Zoho / Microsoft / Salesforce platforms Experience in multi-system integrations
