Job Summary
We are looking for an M&A Manager to help drive HBKs inorganic growth journey. Are you interested in strategic identifying new potential businesses for HBK to acquire and could see yourself being the project manager driving an acquisition this role might be for you. The ideal candidate a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude stakeholder management experience and a good understanding of HBKs business lines and the markets we are in.
Key responsibilities:
Create and prepare internal and external presentations and decision materials for senior management
Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources translating this into clear insights
Help build business cases and identify synergies
Drive due diligence processes and lead due diligence workstreams
Support the transition from acquisition process to post merger integration
Qualifications:
Project Management experience
Good understanding of financial metrics and forecasting
Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
Be highly trustworthy and able to work with highly sensitive / confidential information
Industry and market experience
Can work independently on the tasks given to you
Willing to take on challenges strategic operational as well as practical tasks.
Bonus points for:
Previous experience with M&A e.g. from investment banking strategy consulting and/or due diligence
Thorough experience in Excel Powerpoint and other tools Capital IQ
Project Management experience
