About the Role:
The Senior Manager APAC Benefits is a regional leadership role responsible for the design governance and delivery of employee benefits programs across 11 countries in the Asia-Pacific region including India Australia China Japan Singapore Malaysia South Korea Taiwan Thailand Indonesia and the Philippines.
Reporting to the VP Global Benefits Wellbeing Safety and M&A this role plays a critical part in ensuring that benefits programs are competitive compliant cost-effective and aligned with global rewards strategy while meeting diverse local market needs
