Were looking for a Senior Business Recruiter - Finance Client Lead to join our London this role youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Finance organisation by partnering with senior leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll be joining the G&A Recruitment team. As we enter 2026 as part of the wider DoorDash group you will drive shared recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing across a global landscape leading complex senior-level searches end-to-end.
Heres what your day-to-day might look like:
Strategic Hiring: Proactively manage the full life-cycle for senior roles taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation that enables the broader team to deliver.
Process Evolution: Build and evolve long-term candidate assessment processes to improve quality of hire leading data-driven improvements that influence VP-level leadership.
Data Ownership: Own monthly and quarterly updates in partnership with the HRD presenting key hiring metrics pipeline reporting and market insights to the leadership team.
Business Partnership: Partner with leadership on long-term hiring plans that translate broader business and People strategy into a robust Finance recruitment strategy.
DE&I Advocacy: Proactively build long-term hiring solutions that help our organisation and leadership teams foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
What Youll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience recruiting within a global tech environment specifically focusing on Finance or broader G&A departments (People Legal Marketing).
Senior Full-Cycle Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage high-level requisitions from initial sourcing through to complex offer negotiations.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Experience successfully managing complex departments and increasing the adoption of mature strategic recruitment processes.
Analytical Fluency: High level of comfort using data and recruitment tools (such as Greenhouse and Ashby) to highlight trends and influence executive decision-making.
Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work across brands and systems within a global structure to deliver a standout candidate experience.
