Job Summary

Scale Global Accounts from India. Build What Others Cant.

Miratech is looking for a high-performance sales leader to scale revenue inside US-based Fortune 500 clients with a strong India presence.

This is not a territory sales role. This is a strategic expansion role.

You will own and accelerate growth across India business units of existing global accountsunlocking new buying centers building executive relationships and converting local presence into multi-year revenue streams. If you have successfully sold IT services or CX/Digital transformation solutions to India stakeholders of US-headquartered enterprises and you know how to convert local influence into global growththis is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive relationships with India-based buyers and decision makers of US-headquartered enterprises
  • Expand wallet share within existing strategic accounts by identifying new buying centers and additional lines of business
  • Convert India presence into global multi-tower engagements
  • Drive strategic account growth by expanding stakeholder influence increasing pipelines and securing longterm highmargin engagements.
  • Exceed revenue and profitability targets through multiyear agreements enhanced service mix and consistent bookings performance.
  • Leverage major technology ecosystems to deliver innovative CX AI and modernization solutions that strengthen Miratechs market position.
  • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success growing Fortune 500 accounts within BFSI Telecom Healthcare or other enterprise verticals
  • Relationships and experience selling to India leadership teams of US-based enterprises
  • Strong understanding of IT services CX technology solutions and services outsourcing managed services and professional services models
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term executive relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing capability in complex deal cycles
  • Experience working in global services organizations
  • Background in CX technologies Contact Center transformation Cloud or AI; experience engaging Global Capability Centers (Prefered)
