ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports.
  • Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls
  • Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thrus lots and garages.
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees
  • Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback data and behavior.
  • Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and department goals.
  • Addresses employee performance issues coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback.
  • Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times
  • Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan.
  • Assures compliance with New Jersey casino regulations and other required regulations
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Starting Rate $60000.00

Responsibilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides supervision and oversight of Valet Operations Self Park and Front Office teams.
  • Assists with recruiting hiring and training of staff establishes realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting standards.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 years prior Supervisory or Management experience in Casino Hotel Environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:

  • Casino Employee Registration
  • Drivers License

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with LMS
