DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports.
- Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining proper labor controls
- Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thrus lots and garages.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees
- Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback data and behavior.
- Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and department goals.
- Addresses employee performance issues coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback.
- Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times
- Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan.
- Assures compliance with New Jersey casino regulations and other required regulations
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Provides supervision and oversight of Valet Operations Self Park and Front Office teams.
- Assists with recruiting hiring and training of staff establishes realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting standards.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years prior Supervisory or Management experience in Casino Hotel Environment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Casino Employee Registration
- Drivers License
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
