Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports
- Coordinate special events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus
