We offer a competitive salary range of $65000 - $70000 annually along with a supportive work environment that values your contributions and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Recruit train and develop staff to create a motivated team.
• Manage inventory ordering and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans for performance improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar managerial role in the QSR industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
