As the Restaurant General Manager you will be at the forefront of our quick-service restaurant operations ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing day-to-day activities. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Recruit train and develop staff to create a motivated team.
- Manage inventory ordering and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans for performance improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar managerial role in the QSR industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
