WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS
Are you passionate about global markets Do you have a keen eye for identifying international growth opportunities At Wholsum Foods we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to oversee and manage Wholsum Foods international sales and export operations. As a Manager / Sr. Manager - International Sales you will get the opportunity to be the face of Wholsum Foods in the international market. This role broadly involves identifying and expanding our customer base into new international markets and driving revenue growth from overseas this role you will also be working cross-functionally with internal teams maintaining high customer satisfaction and profitable growth for us in the global markets.

Responsibilities:
1. Planning month wise sales plan forecasting and growing business in core markets of Nepal and UAE
2. Propose and follow up on promotions and seasonal events in order to achieve the sales targets
3. Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior for designing future plans in the market
6. Increasing brand visibility on shelf and off shelf
7. Manage receivables across all distributors/dealers
8. Maintain close & meaningful relationships with high-value customers. Establish
rapport with key decision makers track customer complaints and ensure timely
resolution.
9. Continuous coordination with the production department and logistics finance etc to
get the desired business plan implemented & executed.
10. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations customs requirements and
any relevant documentation for the successful export of products.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in business International Relations Marketing or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of 2-5 years in international sales and exports management
within the FMCG/Food space.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations customs procedures and
export documentation.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to
establish and maintain partnerships at various levels.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical focus
