Associate Veterinarian Haines City FL

A well-established small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative multi-doctor team. This opportunity is open to veterinarians of all experience levels who are looking to grow professionally while managing a diverse medical and surgical caseload in a supportive and community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to patients
Build strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication
Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Manage a varied caseload including wellness visits diagnostics and routine surgeries
Support and mentor team members to promote a positive learning environment

Qualifications

DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent program completion)
Eligible for or currently holding an active veterinary license in the applicable state
Strong teamwork and communication skills
