Job Description

• Maintain and repair distribution systems involving vacuum medical air medical gas systems and air compressors.

• Maintain and repair pneumatic equipment located in engine rooms such as hot water convertor thermostats induction units sump pumps and all piping pertaining to the function of this equipment.

• Minor electrical work such as disconnecting leads on motors resetting breakers replacing lights and etc.

• Changing of air filters in all large air handling equipment along with cleaning and painting in mechanical areas.

• MINOR PLUMBING REPAIRS: repair of an existing plumbing fixture which includes valves washers O rings etc. clearance of stoppages stoppage of leaks. Condenser cleaning on chillers and cleaning and maintenance on water towers. Cleaning of air handling unit coils.

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

High School or GED required. Technical School preferred.

CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) years - with technical school

Four (4) years - without technical school
