We are hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist at our Tolleson AZ manufacturing this full-time role you will manage raw material and finished goods inventory support warehouse and production operations.

What youll do:
Track and manage raw materials and finished good inventory daily to align with production schedules
Conduct monthly raw inventory counts and assist in quarterly finished goods audits
Communicate daily with the Supply Chain Manager regarding resin color labels foam foil and other critical materials
Purchase and manage inventory for resin color labels boxes pallets foil and other plant materials
Forecast resin supply for at least three months and manage silo/railcar scheduling
Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and inventory databases including ProTraQ E1
Assist warehouse customer service quality scheduling and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What youll need to have:
Minimum 4 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with manufacturing inventory system data base ProTraQ E1 required
Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage spreadsheets and reports
Accounting knowledge a plus including invoices BOM and manufacturing processes etc.
Associates degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented organized able to multi-task with strong communication skills
