As a Cabin Crew Development Manager you will lead and inspire a large Cabin Crew team based in Perth supporting them through key operational moments while driving a culture of safety service and wellbeing. Youll manage employment relationships proactively addressing performance conduct attendance and engagement while empowering crew to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a high-volume high-impact role that requires flexibility including early starts weekend and public holiday work and participation in a rotational on-call roster. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and championing Jetstar values while supporting operational excellence.

Were searching for someone with:

  • Experience managing a large team preferably in a Cabin Crew capacity 
  • Proven ability to provide direction motivation and support to a remote and dynamic workforce 
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with an innovative approach to performance management and development 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence build relationships and adapt to different audiences
  • Strong strategic and organisational skills to manage multiple manage competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Sound judgement proactive thinking and fit-for-purpose solutions to meet an ever-changing customer and employee landscape 
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet operational requirements
