The role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Tenant Case Manager based at our Bendigo office.

As a Lead Tenant Case Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting young people as they transition into independent living. You will provide guidance structure and a positive living environment helping them build essential life skills while promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the residence
  • Supporting Live in mentors
  • Ensuring a safe supportive and nurturing living environment
  • Working closely with local agencies and services to provide holistic support.
  • Managing and supporting a team of dedicated tenants
  • Provide high quality case management support to young people living in lead tenant supported accommodation

  • Salary offers start at around $100776 plus super plus salary packaging (Level 5 SCHCADS)
  • Pro rata the above salary.
  • Part time 0.6 22.8 hours.
  • Office location: Bendigo
