Job Summary:

The Manager AI & Business Enablement Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering scalable AI automation and lowcode solutions that drive measurable business outcomes at HUB24.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Business Enablement this role leads a multidisciplinary team and is accountable for operationalising enterprise AI capabilities across internal and commercial platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders the Innovation Lab and AI Enablement teams to move solutions from experimentation into secure reliable productionready services.
This role balances strategic contribution with handson leadership and a strong focus on productivity reliability and simplicity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technical team across AI automation and lowcode delivery.

  • Act as 2IC to the Head of Technology Business Enablement contributing to strategy planning and governance.

  • Own the delivery and lifecycle management of AI applications automations and business enablement solutions ensuring security compliance and operational readiness.

  • Take accountability for transitioning Innovation Lab initiatives into production and businessasusual operations.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver productivity cost or risk reduction outcomes using fitforpurpose technology.

  • Manage external technology partners holding them accountable for delivery outcomes service performance and risk management.

  • Maintain clear roadmaps manage delivery risks and provide transparent communication to senior stakeholders.

  • Oversee operational support incident management and continuous improvement for owned platforms and services.

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles with accountability for people leadership and delivery outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience operationalising AI automation or datadriven solutions within enterprise or regulated environments.

  • Strong capability leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendordelivered services.

  • Experience working with lowcode and automation platforms such as OutSystems PowerApps or UiPath with exposure to Databricks RPA workflow tools and cloud operations.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.

  • A pragmatic outcomesfocused approach aligned with HUB24s values and commitment to delivering simple effective technology.
