Were seeking a detailoriented and highly reliable Sales Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our commercial and field teams through accurate timely and disciplined data administration. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of customer product pricing and promotional data across our internal systems and key customer platforms.
The role is parttime (18 hours per week across 3 or 4 days) and is designed as a focused executiondriven position that enables Account Managers and Field Operations to perform at their best by removing friction reducing errors and maintaining high data quality standards. Following onboarding and training this role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision.
What Youll Be Working On
- Master data accuracy and maintenance across internal trade spend systems and customer platforms
- Administrative support that enables Account Managers and Field Operations to meet their accountabilities
- Data integrity and compliance through disciplined processes and attention to detail
Core Responsibilities (Must Have Skills)
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy completeness and consistency
- Proficient in modern commercial tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot Tableau) with strong Excel capability used efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a structured and disciplined manner
- Proven ability to work autonomously taking ownership of defined responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
