About the Role:
This position plays a critical role in generating qualified leads booking appointments and supporting the broader sales and marketing team in achieving business targets. As our Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls qualifying prospective tenants and property owners and nurturing opportunities to strengthen our sales pipeline.
What You Will Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective tenants owners and leads
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads referrals and event contacts
- Identify qualify and nurture potential clients through effective engagement
- Book appointments site inspections and sales opportunities
- Provide accurate information about properties leasing options and services
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records
- Escalate complex enquiries to sales or property management teams
- Meet and exceed telemarketing and campaign performance targets

- Office located in Brisbane CBD
- Salary: $65000 Super KPI incentives
Qualifications :
Successful candidates will have:
- Confidence on the phone resilience in a high-volume environment and motivation to achieve targets and results
- Experience in telemarketing outbound sales or lead generation
- Proven ability to qualify leads and convert them into appointments
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Comfort using telephony systems and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Completion of Year 12
- Exposure to sales business studies or property/real estate (advantageous but not essential)
