Job Summary
What you will be doing:
Prepare and follow up on sales & event proposals quotes and contracts
Support on-site event delivery and maintain a visible presence during key functions
Support with sales enquiries reporting and admin
Maintain and update the conference database to support repeat and future business
Assist with marketing collateral promotions and social content
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role:
Experience in events hospitality sales or marketing support
Strong organization and time management skills
High level of written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail
Confident client and stakeholder engagement skills
A guest-focused mindset & passion for hospitality and events
