Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking an Account Managerto join our growing team.The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable forfacilitatingteam service deliverables and managingaccurate efficient and effective responses. This role requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination accurate insuranceprocessingand customer experience delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manages the overallteamoperations client coordination and customer service delivery. This includes coordinating coaching and prioritizationassistancewith Account Associates as well as reviewing and managing the overall workload.
Leverage knowledge andexpertisein client services insurance processing and customer experience to develop coach andassistAccount Associates and other team members.
Assists Producers and Account Executives with Client service commitments.
Ensuresservice standards are met trends areidentified and process improvements are implemented on the team.
Functions as the day-to-day customer contact and focuses their time on trouble shooting issues and helping the client make well-informed decisions that position the client for success.
Manages the new business and renewal process as well asoverseesday todayclient changes.
Accountable for client service delivery through: High and/or increased client retention Rounding of accounts Referrals and Uneventful renewals
Ensures pre-renewal information is sent out within servicestandardand follows up with clients fortimelyresponse on pre-renewal information and insurance markets fora timelyresponse of quotes.
Managesrenewalmarketing plan (if any) with Producers and Service Teams and ensures everyone on the team is aware of the plan and the plan is executed. Createsaccurateproposal/deliverable for the Producers and Service Teams toutilizeat client renewalmeeting.
Reviewsquotesfor accuracy against supporting documents. Negotiatesadditionalcoverage/price with the underwriter.
Quickly and accuratelycompletesthe renewal bind processes and checklist andensuresall aspects of the renewal are completed and documented within the file.
Ensures that the file is accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and to be able to quickly respond to client requests.
Requirements:
Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty for the state in which your agency office islocated.
Ability to work toward professional designation.
Mustbe comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.
Strong working knowledge of Word PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellentpeopleskills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma (college preferred)
Bachelors Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
A minimum of 5 years experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience
