NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our polished casual fine Dining restaurant in Dallas. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to manage daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management from staff training and development to financial performance and customer service excellence. You will play a crucial role in driving our restaurants success while fostering a positive team culture and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90000 - $100000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Lead train and motivate the restaurant staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Develop and manage budgets and financial performance
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Plan and oversee special events and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- 5 years of Polished Casual or Fine dining General Manager experience
- Strong understanding of restaurant management and operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
