Job Summary
Were hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Sarasota. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows warehouse workflows and can manage people inventory and safety day-to-day warehouse operationsSupervise warehouse staff and schedulesEnsure inventory accuracy and organizationEnforce safety policies and OSHA standardsCoordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsTrain coach and evaluate team membersTrack productivity and improve workflowsRequirements3 years of warehouse leadership or management experienceStrong knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receivingExperience leading teams in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using warehouse systems (WMS Excel etc.)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as neededBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offStable scheduleGrowth opportunity
