Job Summary
This is a contractor role with a fixed term period of 15 years.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process specific accounting and operational transactions ensure support in statutory reporting maintain Master Data.
Accounting:
- Provide support on Statutory Financial Reporting
- Prepare specific MJEs
- Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate) prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms write offs and invoices
- Provide reports and analysis based on auditor request or any other audit missions
- Ensure technical support on T&E preparation of induction training
- Purchase orders review (finance review and approval)
- Electronic invoice support (ensure invoices transfer review errors PO & EPAY match)
Operational:
- Participate on annual inventory
- Maintain electronic and physical archive
- PO creation EPAYs CBP
Master Data Management:
Manage:
- Price Book
- Customer Master Data
- Cost Centers
- Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic)
