HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Production Quality Logistics and Maintenance departments ensuring alignment with SQCDP performance standards.

• Drive operational excellence programs including Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and CI initiatives.

• Manage accredited quality systems; ensure audit readiness and robust compliance with customer and industry standards.

• Oversee technical documentation product requirements and conformity for high-spec and restricted industries.

• Ensure strict adherence to customer specifications process controls validation protocols and material traceability.

• Driving Operational Excellence initiatives (Lean Six Sigma5S)

• Prepare turnover forecasts and performance reports related to maintenance quality and operational efficiency.

• Supporting grouplevel needs in finishing and other operational activities as part of the expansion plan.

• Collaborate closely with other group locations to standardize processes share best practices and support cross-site operations

Key Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior technical or operational leadership position within manufacturing or related industries

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial or related fields).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly advantageous.

• Additional training in leadership project management or quality systems is a plus.

• Proven ability to manage complex quality systems and highcriticality customer requirements.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a disciplined data-driven management style.

• Excellent communication decision-making and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage cross-functional priorities.

• Advanced English is required; German is considered a strong asset.
