Help lead the way and be a master collaborator:Drive key design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders effectively advocating for design excellence.
Champion user-centered design:Partner with Product Managers Content Designers and Engineers throughout the design process from ideation to implementation to deliver impactful user experiences.
Passionate:You proactivelyseekto understand ouruserssneeds and experiences translating those insights into solutions.
Think big:Explore the future of our products and push the boundaries ofwhatspossible through vision projects.
Shape our design culture:Contribute to our design system mentor other designers and stay ahead of the curve on emerging design trends and technologies.
Whatyoullbring
Extensive experience:8 years of product design experience with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
Designexpertise:Deep understanding of design thinking user-centered design principles and design systems.
Figma mastery:Proficiencyin Figma including creating high-quality components and prototypes auto-layout and variables.
Exceptional communication:Ability toclearly and persuasively communicate design conceptsto product and engineering teams.
Leadership:Experience leading and managing cross-functional design projects.
Strategic thinking:Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative design solutions.
Background: Bachelors degree with 8years experiencewith a strong portfolioshowcasingextensive product design experience; aMastersdegree with 6years experience or a PhD with 3years experiencealso considered.
Portfolio requirement:Candidates must provide an accessible online portfoliodemonstratingend-to-end product design work including problem definition design process and final outcomes. Applications without a portfolio or with restricted access will not be considered.
