Role Overview:

As an Insurance Customer Care Agent you will be the main point of contact for users providing assistance through email chat phone and social media platforms. Whether addressing account access billing questions or technical issues your goal will be to deliver a smooth efficient and high-quality support experience from initial contact to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional assistance across multiple communication channels
Support users with account creation password resets billing concerns and identity verification
