Customer Support Representative Telecom (French Speaker)
Porto Portugal On-site
Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Start Date: ASAP Permanent Contract
About the Opportunity
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading telecom project in Porto. This role offers the chance to grow within a fast-paced multicultural environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Please note: Applications are only open to candidates living within 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support across various communication channels
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally in French
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluent French (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Availability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays
- Residence within 30 km of Porto
Legal Requirements:
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card
- Valid NIF and NISS
