Job Summary

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily management of the self-operated fleet and accountable for the fleets daily KPIs.
Oversee fleet safety cost control and the development of operational standards; establish and maintain a comprehensive control system for the fleet.
Handle recruitment training and professional skill enhancement for fleet personnel; refine operational procedures within the self-operated system.
Define requirements for the fleet management systems capability development and utilize system tools to improve on-site operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above; major in Management or related fields is preferred.
5 years of fleet management experience; proficient in daily fleet operations and policy formulation.
Proficient in office software; capable of making sound operational judgments by integrating data analysis with on-site practices.
Highly sensitive to data; able to identify management anomalies through data verification and formulate optimization plans based on findings.
Portugal fleet management experience is a plus. Must be able to use English and Portuguese as working languages.
