About the Role
Join the German-speaking Customer Support team for one of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms. You will review user-generated content against platform community guidelines. This role requires emotional resilience exposure to sensitive content is part of the daily workflow. Wellbeing support is provided.
What You Will Do
- Review German-language user-generated content against community guidelines
- Make consistent policy-based decisions on content approval restriction or removal
- Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols
- Maintain accuracy and consistency under time pressure
- Participate in calibration sessions
- Flag policy gaps or edge cases
What We Are Looking For
- German
- Good English skills
- Emotional resilience ability to process distressing content professionally
- Strong decision-making and written communication skills
- Understanding of online culture and digital communities
- EU ID valid Portuguese residence permit or equivalent
