About the Role
Join the German-speaking Customer Support team for one of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms. You will review user-generated content against platform community guidelines. This role requires emotional resilience exposure to sensitive content is part of the daily workflow. Wellbeing support is provided.
What You Will Do
Review German-language user-generated content against community guidelines
Make consistent policy-based decisions on content approval restriction or removal
Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols
Maintain accuracy and consistency under time pressure
Participate in calibration sessions
Flag policy gaps or edge cases
What We Are Looking For
German
Good English skills
Emotional resilience ability to process distressing content professionally
Strong decision-making and written communication skills
Understanding of online culture and digital communities
EU ID valid Portuguese residence permit or equivalent
