As we embark on our rapid expansion we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Administrative Support Executives providing exceptional support to clients within the e-commerce logistics industry.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and obtain customer information in a timely manner through calls emails and other contact tools.
Resolve customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Record and submit customer complaints using the internal system according to the provided SOP.
Perform administrative documentation and case tracking duties related to customer support.
Job Requirements
Diploma and above
Excellent English and Malay communication skills (written verbal listening)
12 years of BPO experience will be an added advantage
Customer-oriented mindset with pleasant interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Rotational shift
5 working days per week
Location: Sungai Petani (Work in Office)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:RM2000
Performance KPI Incentive: Up to RM250 per month
