Procurement Executive, Indirect Spend

Purpose of the Job:

• Contribute to competitive advantage through meeting business needs and driving functional excellence.
• Manage site operations indirect category spend procurement with compliance to procurement process procedures and policies.
• Lead or Support procurement activities for a diverse category portfolio that includes Capex procurement Packaging MRO and Facilities Management Spend to deliver value and manage risk aligned with the Group Procurement objectives.

Main Accountabilities:

• Deliver best value purchasing through cost savings quality flexibility governance and supplier relationships
• Be the single point of contact for the site teams for all their indirect (non-raw material / logistics) requirements and supplier queries (e.g. invoice queries)
• Lead the sourcing and contract management for site related capex projects.
• Undertake the transactional (operations) procurement activities (requisition PO creation invoice query resolution master data in conjunction with the systems and process team) and follow-up on the purchases with the site team and suppliers.
• Oversee strategic sourcing for selected indirect categories (Packaging MRO and consumables) aligned with the Group Procurement objectives.
• For other Indirect categories support the team in development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Facilitate the deployment and adoption for the e-Sourcing (SAP Ariba) and Buying (Catalogue) applications.
• Liaise cross-functionally (site operations engineering project teams admin finance commercial and legal) and key account managers in supplier organizations to manage relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
• Support and act as Indirect procurement rep for internal (site) and external (supplier/customer) audits.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholder on global Indirect contract initiation implementation execution & management.
• Drive the implementation and execution of Post Award Contract Management (PACM) for selected Indirect categories including KPI Scorecards contract management plans and supplier performance reviews.
• Adopt and promote the preferred suppliers for Indirect categories tracking contract compliance utilization and savings.
• Be an integral part of the the Indirect Procurement Asia team working with stakeholders across to promote the function and develop standard processes and governance
