Job Overview:
Our client a well-established organization in the financial services sector is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals for the role of Executive / Senior Executive Deposits Mobilization. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving deposit growth managing client relationships and supporting the organizations funding objectives while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong fixed deposit portfolio in line with assigned targets.
- Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and promotional activities to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Ensure high service quality in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support funding strategies and business goals.
- Monitor market trends and support the development of new deposit products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in deposit mobilization within the banking or financial services sector.
- Professional qualification or part qualification in Marketing Banking Finance or a related field.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage client portfolios effectively.
- Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
