Role description:

Arcadis seeks a Centre of Excellence lead as the primary regional contact for early-stage workplace design. This role manages early design needs coordinates resources oversees test-fit delivery and ensures seamless transition to local teams. You will guide design from concept to execution guaranteeing Architecture and Design services meet client global standards and KPIs.

We require a senior Architecture & Design leader to uphold design quality consistency and strategic alignment throughout early-stage workplace projects.

Role accountabilities:

• Act as the regional lead and primary point of contact for earlystage design and testfit activity
• Define project briefs scopes and design requirements during concept and early design phases
• Provide design guardianship from concept through detailed design and execution
• Ensure architecture design and engineering services align with global standards KPIs and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary design teams and service providers
• Build trusted relationships with regional real estate teams and senior stakeholders
• Lead project governance approvals and quality assurance processes
• Drive operational excellence including resourcing utilisation and delivery performance
• Champion continuous improvement through lessons learned best practices and innovation
• Support capability development through mentoring training and knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
• 8-10years of experience with a strong background in workplace design and project management
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
