Hutchinson Health is seeking a dynamic and passionate Nurse Managerto lead our 12bed Inpatient Mental Health Unit serving both adolescents and adults. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) our program is known for compassionate evidencebased care delivered through strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse leader who is energized by team development clinical excellence and advocacy for patients and staff.

As Nurse Manager you will play a pivotal role in setting the vision culture and clinical directionof Inpatient Mental Health Services. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and work in close partnership with psychiatry social services and hospital leadership to ensure safe highquality and patientcentered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadershipfor the Inpatient Mental Health Unit
• Oversee patient care delivery staffing and clinical quality outcomes
• Foster a supportive engaged and highperforming nursing teamthrough coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse Officerand the Mental Health Medical Director
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with other Nurse Managers across the organization to support shared initiatives and operational alignment

What Were Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN)with a current Minnesota license
• Clinical experience in Mental Health with demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong communication interpersonal and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to lead with empathy accountability and sound clinical judgment
• BSN preferred
• 37 years of clinical experience required; prior leadership experience preferred
