My client is seeking an energetic dynamic and tech-savvy Junior Office Assistant to assist the Branch Manager with streamlining the administrative and credit control duties for their dynamic company.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working Hours:Monday Friday 08h30 17h30 Sat: 8 am 2 pm PH: 8 am 12h30
- Matric ESSENTIAL
- Tertiary Qualification ADVANTAGOUS
- Must have previous working experience with contactable references
- Must have excellent communication skills inEnglish & Afrikaans ESSENTIAL
- Highly experienced in client liaison administration duties data input invoicing and billing payment processing sales and marketing credit control leasing and tenant management
- Computer proficiency: MS Office MS Excel INTERMEDIATE
- Duties include:General Administrative support and duties invoicing billing Accounts Receivable management payment processing sales and marketing support credit control leasing and tenant management data management and reporting team collaboration
- Available immediately ADVANTAGEOUS
- Own reliable transport Mon Fri Saturdays and Public Holidays ESSENTIAL
- Preference to candidates residing close to Pier 14 Shopping Centre North End
