Job Summary

Introduction

ECA Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a well-established civil engineering consulting firm who is in search of a BID Administrator to join their team in the Pretoria Branch (Gauteng).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify possible tender bid leads
  • Compile and prepare Bid Documents;
  • Attend Briefing Sessions;
  • Submit Tender Documents;
  • Manage office admin in line with company ISO Quality Standards;
  • Manage Day to Day Office Receptionist / Administrative duties;
  • Assisting Engineer with project admin related tasks.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12;
  • Tertiary level education (NQF Level 5);
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years Bid Admin Experience in the Built Environment;
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word
  • Stable employment record;
  • Function well under pressure / pending deadlines;
  • Drivers Licence and own transport
  • Contactable references;
  • Competent in communicating writing and typing in English.
