This role is ideal for a technically strong individual with experience in banking or financial services who thrives in a structured compliance-driven environment.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Relevant qualification in IT Information Systems or related field
35 years experience in a technical support role (financial services experience advantageous)
Strong understanding of banking systems and operational processes
Experience with system troubleshooting and user support
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
