Job Responsibilities:
Handling General Trade (GT) sales in the assigned territory
Achieving primary & secondary sales targets
Distributor appointment & management
Market coverage as per beat plan
Retail outlet expansion & visibility execution
Scheme implementation & market activations
Ensuring timely payment collection
Monitoring competitor activities
Reporting daily sales activities to reporting manager
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in General Trade (GT) Sales
1st Preference: Candidate from Non-Food FMCG background
Strong candidates from reputed Food FMCG companies will also be considered
Good distributor handling & market knowledge
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented & self-driven personality
