Logistic Executive

Reporting to the Senior Manager Logistics we are looking for a Executive Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Export Logistics Management                                                                                                                              

• Plan coordinate and execute logistics arrangements for export sales orders.  
• Source and evaluate quotations from freight forwarders; negotiate to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Liaise with forwarders to obtain sailing schedules and coordinate trucking container stuffing and fumigation.
• Apply for tax rebate certificates and certificates of origin for export shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of full sets of export shipping documents.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to confirm stock readiness for export.
• Monitor factories to ensure timely goods handling and accurate documentation submission.                                                                                                                            

Documentation & Reporting                                                                                                                  

• Generate delivery orders for Finance to facilitate timely invoice processing.
• Monitor and reconcile warehouse stock movement to support inventory accuracy and cost control.                                                                                                                           
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with logistics service providers factories and other parties.                                                                                                                         
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international regulations and safety standards.                                                                                                                       
• Preparing complete full set shipping documents for export sales customer                                                                                                                               

Cross-Functional Collaboration                                                                                                                          

• Provide logistics support and coordination to cross-functional teams including Sales Production Supply Chain and Finance.                              
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of logistics best practices.                                                                                                                    
• Assist in resolving logistics-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.             

Any other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications :

Minimum O level. Experience in export shipping documentation will be preferred.
