Executive, Distribution Services
Job Summary
Reporting to the Partnership Operations Team Lead you will support our distribution channels by ensuring that business processes are supported and robust. You will participate in business process improvement initiatives and play an integral role in ensuring that day-to-day distribution operations workflows are smooth and enhancements meet business needs.
Position Responsibilities:
Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams business processes and identify opportunities for improvements to help optimize distribution partners experience.
Provide operational support for rep code and account creation as well as maintenance.
Conduct channel administration activities including channel set-up and maintenance listing updates and execution and review of active and orphaned policy re-assignments.
Reply and follow up on queries from distribution partners including collaborating with SMEs from other business units to investigate and resolve production issues.
Ensure proper documentation and regular reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and record management for audit purposes.
Provide subject matter expert (SME) input and review user stories to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements pertaining to business initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in life insurance industry
Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions
Good project management and business analysis skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
