- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Visit prospective clients corporate offices industries and institutions for business generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients vendors and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and follow up for project opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and client interaction.
- Arrange and handle business meetings with potential customers and decision-makers.
- Present company profile services and project capabilities to clients.
- Maintain meeting reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify companies that allocate CSR funds and may require construction-related services.
- Connect with CSR managers corporate HR and procurement teams for CSR project opportunities.
- Coordinate for CSR project proposals documentation and presentations.
- Manage and handle company social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook etc.).
- Post regular updates related to projects achievements work progress and company branding.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits meetings leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering Project Accounts) for client requirements.
- Support tendering and proposal teams when needed.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle business meetings confidently.
- Good knowledge of B2B marketing and client handling.
- Understanding of CSR fund process (preferred).
- Social media handling and basic content knowledge.
- Willingness to do extensive field work.
