Qualifications: Degree in any stream with work experience of 2-4 years in handling data/ data entry. Knowledge of excel and basic computer usage is required.

Work experience: Candidate must have computer skills (To use Excel macros etc). Experience in data entry and accuracy in uploads is critical. Prior experience in sourcing / procurement functions is preferred. Knowledge in ERP (SAP /BPCS/Oracle etc) is preferred.

1. Objectives

Support the deployment of new procurement platform across multiple ERP systems (SAP BPCS PeopleSoft).
Ensure smooth data migration integration and process alignment.

2. Scope of Activities

A. Data Management

Extract procurement and vendor data from SAP BPCS and PeopleSoft.
Cleanse validate and standardize data for new ERP Knowledge in ERP is preferred. Knowledge in ERP is preferred.
Download data record of vendor information from our existing ERPs (SAP BPCS etc)
Make a comparison with multiple data sources. (Good knowledge of Excel is required)
Make logical reasoning to select the winning record when there are duplicate vendor records.
Make changes in Excel and submit to the conversion team for mass updates.

B. Process Alignment

Review existing procurement workflows in each ERP.
Align ERP processes with GEPs standardized procurement framework.

C. Reporting & Documentation

Develop migration status reports (data readiness issue logs).
Maintain deployment checklists and compliance records.

D. Post-Go-Live Support

Escalate unresolved issues to technical teams.

3. Deliverables

Data migration reports and validation logs.
Post-go-live support reports.

4. Responsibilities

CW: Execute assigned tasks document progress escalate issues.
